An ordinance approving a Final Plat application for Phase 2 of the Manchester Falls Subdivision, and declaring an emergency.
Temp. Ord. A-64 (Public Improvements)
An ordinance authorizing the Director of Public Service to enter into a contract or contracts, according to law, for construction of certain public improvements in State Road, Portage Trail, and Lillis Drive, making an appropriation therefor, and declaring an emergency.
Temp. Res. A-65 (Public Affairs)
A resolution expressing the Council’s support for the Summit County Food Charter as promulgated by the Summit Food Policy Coalition, and declaring an emergency.
