Falls couple charged with child endangering

CUYAHOGA FALLS: A Bailey Road couple charged with child endangering appeared Thursday in Stow Municipal Court.

Brian Campbell, 25 and Jodi Sugg, 27, pleaded not guilty to one count each of child endangering and disorderly conduct.

They are scheduled to return to court June 28.

Police said they found the couple intoxicated and laying on sidewalk at Hollywood Avenue and Hudson Drive.

Their 6-year-old daughter was with them.

The girl was driven to a relative's home. Sugg was transported to a local hospital and arrested upon her release. Campbell was arrested at the scene.

Neither is in custody.
