The Margaret Clark Morgan Foundation seeks nominees for the Morgan Impact Awards. The awards honor individuals and organizations that serve as examples of the highest standards of excellence in mental health, education and the arts in Northeast Ohio. Cartoon campaigns — A free opening reception for Campaigns and Cartoons: The Role of Caricature in Political Persuasion will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. at the McKinley Presidential Library & Museum, 800 McKinley Monument Drive NW, Canton. WORTH NOTING

Glass Art — Peninsula Art Academy studio artist and instructor Bob Pozarski is displaying new glasswork at Stan Hywet Hall & Gardens, 714 N. Portage Path, Akron, as part of an exhibit of citrus trees in the Corbin Conservatory. The exhibit runs through October when it will go on view at the academy, 1600 W. Mill St., Peninsula. Proposals due — The BOX Gallery is reviewing exhibition proposals for its 2013 schedule. Proposals should be postmarked by June 15. All media are acceptable. Applications can be downloaded at www.artistsofrubbercity.org or picked up at the gallery at 140 E. Market St. (Summit Artspace), Akron.
