■ A 1.5 percent pay raise approved Monday by the Summit County Council for unionized workers in the fiscal office is retroactive to April 1 and runs through March 31, 2014. A similar raise approved for union workers in the engineer’s office will take effect April 1, 2014, and will run through March 31, 2015.
