CUYAHOGA FALLS: Removal of the LeFever Powerhouse Dam is scheduled to begin Monday, the city said in a news release Thursday.
Spectators who want to visit the site and observe the demolition should go to a special viewing area set up underneath the Portage Trail Bridge.
All work is weather dependent.
The dam will be the second removed from the Cuyahoga River in the city. Workers began taking down the Sheraton Dam in late July.
